Salon Policies

Skin By Domonique thanks you for putting your skin in the hands of our skincare expert! A valid credit card is required on file at the time of booking, along with a NON REFUNDABLE/ NON TRANSFERABLE deposit of $25.00 that does go towards the service. By booking, you agree to our policies below.

 

LATE/TARDY POLICY:
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period. After that time, we will call to check in on you. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Appointments are in high demand and your timely cancellation will allow you, and other clients, access to timely services. Please be aware of our cancellation policies regarding No-Shows, Late-Shows and Same Day Cancellations. 

PAYMENT POLICY
A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card holders. Full payments are due at time of service. If you choose to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment, you may do so. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

Your appointment is very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request a 48hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. We allow up to one reschedule within the 48 hour period. 

 

 APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED AFTER 48 HOUR NOTICE IS CONSIDERED A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. 

 
“NO SHOWS” AND SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.  

 

DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE/NON TRANSFERABLE. 

 

REFUNDS

 Skin care products, facial services and gift cards/certificates are non-refundable.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Gift certificates may be purchased at Skin by Domonique.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash.

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Skin by Domonique is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
